Georgia is home to more than 700, 000 veterans and their family members, with over 56 American Job Centers that provide:

Comprehensive employment/education services
Training opportunities
Credential/certification attainment
Priority of Service program placement
WorkSource Georgia and its partners seek to facilitate the relationships between employers and veterans who have retired or recently separated from the military and are preparing to re-enter the civilian workforce. Veteran employment resources in Georgia not only provide training and assistance to former military, but their spouses as well, to ensure that entire family has access to sustainable employment opportunities.

Supporting Veterans during and immediately after their transition from the military enables us to facilitate partnerships with key organizations such as the Veteran Education Career Transition Resource Center (VECTR), Georgia’s 22 Technical Colleges and numerous other veteran entities throughout the state.
